At Fernandes Autohandel N.V., we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality automotive service and a professional customer experience. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a customer-focused and technically knowledgeable Service Advisor – Night Shift.
As a Service Advisor, you are the link between our customers and the Workshop. You ensure that customers are properly advised and informed while coordinating service and repair activities efficiently during the afternoon and evening shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customers and identify vehicle concerns through questions, visual inspection or test drives
- Advise customers on required maintenance and repairs
- Prepare clear quotations, including estimated repair time, parts and labor costs
- Prepare and coordinate work orders for the Workshop
- Keep customers informed about the progress, completed work and related costs
- Plan and coordinate service and repair appointments
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Maintain accurate service, repair and warranty information in the system
- Ensure proper coordination and handover of outstanding service and repair activities between shifts.
Requirements:
- MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent
- Good knowledge of automotive technology and vehicle components
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; experience with automotive management systems is an advantage
- Customer-focused, proactive and able to perform effectively under pressure
- Available to work the assigned shift from 14:00 to 22:00 hrs.
